What does "Creative Living" mean?
Creative Living Is Knowing You Are a Co-Creator of Your Life
Yes, we all face circumstances outside of our control, but creative living is about radically accepting what we can’t change and choosing, each day, to take small actions that will shape a life and presence so impactful that, when you leave this lifetime, it will be felt—like something is missing.

This quote beautifully highlights the power of embracing and sharing your unique gifts. When you live fully in your creative essence, your impact on the world becomes unforgettable, and your absence leaves a noticeable void.
How can creative living improve wellbeing?
From my own experience, creative living can be a profound catalyst for transforming post-traumatic stress into post-traumatic growth. While life isn’t easy, creative living reveals the magic that exists in every moment. It shows you that even in hardship, there is beauty, transformation, and possibility.
Do I need artistic talent to practice creative living?
No, you don’t need to identify as an “artist.” You are on planet Earth, and therefore, everyone is a creator. Just by being you, you are an artist—the way you walk, talk, move, and think; the way you speak, dress, eat, love, heal, grieve, and grow—that is art.
How do I start incorporating creative living practices?
To truly make your life matter, begin by journeying within to know yourself deeply. It starts with living in the present moment—the only moment that truly exists. This is where magic happens. Cultivate a mindset that resonates with your true self, where you are not defined by your thoughts or emotions, but are the witness to them. You don’t need to do anything other than be exactly who you’ve always been deep inside.
Turn away from distractions. Where your gaze goes, your energy flows. Don’t give it away so freely.
What inspired you to create Beacon Ranch Studio™?
Beacon Ranch became my sanctuary—a place I was serendipitously led to after my husband’s passing. Nature was the only place that could provide the healing I so desperately needed to survive. Over the course of five years, I underwent 10 different training programs while slowly remodeling the land, cleaning, and restoring the space. One day, I thought, “This is my studio.”
Before this, I spent over a decade as a professional actress in NYC and LA. In many ways, this ranch, this studio, has become my new way of living.
Do you offer personalized guidance?
Just like Athena, I find my strength in guiding others from a distance. I provide strategic counsel and offer essential tools—helping others foster their own growth. I believe in the power of creating useful items, crafts, and tools that can protect and guide, but most importantly, I believe in fostering the development of essential skills, for both myself and those I guide.
